Bachmann BR 10ton Insulated Van

Another Bachmann van wagon, this time of the BR era. Released back in 2008, this model is of the BR insulated van which was designed for carrying meat. With not much in the way of meat traffic for these vans, they found theyselves employed on ale traffic. Later on some were used for fish traffic &  with others absorbed in to general use. 

The model features a good level of detail, fine scale wheels, fine printed details. Fine scale profile wheelsets & removable small tension lock couplers with NEM coupling boxes. The chassis has a reasonable level of detail. Some weathered editions have been released.
