Bachmann CAR 20ton brake van. Another fine detailed model of the BR 20ton standard brake van. Whilst a very finely detailed model, has been overtaken by the better detailed Hornby version. So it comes down to price, livery options & brand preference as to which one to go for. This tooling version was released by Bachmann from 2002/2003 onwards, with either flush ends or flush sides depending on which model you go for. Comes in various British Railways liveries including weathered options too! Model features many detailed parts, fine-scale wheels, handrails, NEM coupling pockets & removable small tension lock couplings. Fine printed details & good livery application.
