I mostly use a cutting disc on a Dremel (other makes available). If you want a very accurate and narrow cut use an xacto fine saw.
Thanks for the advice. Fed up with the Hornby track & this looks the best option aspheticly. I’m sure as in the past I’ll learn by my mistakes.
Hi Edward, I use the Xuron track cutters & also a Gaugemaster Rotary Tool with a cutting disc. The Xuron track cutters can be found here: https://www.scalemodelscenery.co.uk/brand/xuron-corp/?v=79cba1185463 The cutters i find give excellent clean cuts. As Pactrain also suggests the Xacto fine saw tool.
