Ranoak n gauge model railway

For our fourth video this weekend, we came across this N gauge layout call Ranoak which has been built by Patrick McFarlan. The layout features both modern & steam era locomotives, as Patrick McFarlan says in the video, he likes to run trains from various different time periods. With the layout being N gauge, full-length trains can & are run. Something many modellers in the larger scales can struggle with due to space constraints. 

In the video, Patrick magically shrinks down to model figure size to give a guided tour around Ranoak. Various working scenic features are shown in particular a model of the famous Scottish Canal boat lift, The Falkirk Wheel. Well worth a watch!!
