Scratch building a block of flats

For our second video this weekend, we come back over the pond to join Richard at Everard Junction for a look at his biggest scratch build project. The building Richard has & is working on is a large lineside block of flats. Typical of many that are seen all over the UK, Richard has based this build on a block of flats in his local area.
